A putter is designed for short, precise throws, especially when putting into or close to the basket. Putters have rounded edges, which makes them slower and allows for control in the air. They are also used for short approach shots where precision is important. (Recommended meter range: 3 - 50 M)
About colours: we photograph every disc ourselves, and lighting and camera never reproduce colours exactly the same from picture to picture. The actual colour of the disc may therefore differ slightly from the photo.
