Right of withdrawal

When you shop at Kast as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period runs from the day you receive the goods. If you order several items that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last one.

How to withdraw

Write to us at kastdiscs@gmail.com before the period expires and state your order number. You can also use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of the page. You then have 14 days to send the goods back to:

You pay the return shipping yourself. We recommend that you send it with tracking.

Condition of the goods on return

You are welcome to look at and handle the disc as you would in a shop, but you must not throw it. If the goods have new wear, new ink or have been used more than necessary, we will deduct the loss in value from the amount.

Refund

We refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping corresponding to the cheapest standard delivery, no later than 14 days after we have received your notice that you are withdrawing. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have sent documentation that they have been dispatched. The money is sent to the means of payment you used for the purchase.

Complaints about defects

All our discs are used and described by condition (A to D), ink and weight, and they are photographed individually. You have a 2-year right to complain about defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven), and the goods must match the description.

If you have received a wrong or damaged item, or a defect that is not apparent from the description and the photos, contact us within a reasonable time after you discovered it. We will then find a solution: an exchange if possible, a price reduction or a refund. In the case of a justified complaint, we pay reasonable shipping costs.

Normal wear that corresponds to the stated condition is not a defect. Nor are small colour differences between the photo and the disc.
